Hello my name is Mike Morasch and I hold a bachelor degree in Electronic Engineering from a school in the USA. I spent most of my adult life owning a business that built luxury homes in America. Currently I do speaking engagements with call center employees in the Philippines. I discuss the nuances, jargon and current terms in North American English so the employees can serve their clients easier. My personality is being a level headed person who never gets too happy or too sad. I also really enjoy intelligent conversations.
