Hi, I'm from Kansas City, right in the middle of America. I am currently in Belarus though, so the time difference shouldn't be a problem.
My father's family was from Poland, and that is how I got this name. I like travelling and learning about other cultures, art, and food! I have been to 26 countries so far and taught in Moscow for about two years. I like both teaching and learning languages, and in addition to English, I speak the Mandarin and Cantonese dialects of Chinese, German, and some basic Russian.
My BA was in Asian Studies, focusing on Chinese language and history and I worked in sales and business development before getting a TESOL certificate and changing to teaching. I have taught all sorts of students, from young learners to adults, but have mostly taught people in trade and finance recently. Don't worry, I also understand how grammar works, and how to explain it to you, from the basics to the most complicated.
